    Preparation before use

    1：The model machin supports devices that contain Thunderbolt3&4 port, for example: Handheld game console, Laptops, MiniPC, Nuc and other devices. But how to distinguish between a regular Type-C or a Thunderbolt port. If your laptop has a lightning log next to the TYPE-C port, then laptopcan support Thunderbolt3&4, lightning log as follows:

    Other charging signs or DP signs indicate that this port is not Thunderbolt or USB4，and it needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer. Or you can open the Windows Device Manager to confirm whether there is ThunderboltController. Note that some devices may not be displayed in energy saving mode.

     


     2:The model machin supports devices that contain USB4 port, also include: Handheld game console, Laptops, MiniPC, Nuc and so on.

    3：About Apple Mac, the model machin supports use NVIDIA or AMD graphics cards in Windows, and AMD graphics cards in MacOS in intel MacBook , does not support Apple M1/M2 platform.

    Make sure you turn off windows 11 auto update to install drivers before connecting the eGPU!!!!

  • 2：connect

    Use steps are as follows:

    Very important tip.：Download the driver and then disconnect from the Internet, then connect the graphics card dock and install the driver ！！！！

    You can effectively avoid installing driver blue screen.

    1：Plug the eGPU's power connector into the power source.

    2：use an HDMI or DP cable，To connect the monitor

    3： Connect the eGPU，UFP interface to the Thunderbolt or USB4 interface on your PC device.

    3.1： If you are using an OCuLink interface, connect the eGPU's OCuLink interface to the OCuLink interface on your PC and then power on the system.

    4：Press the power button to turn on (long press to turn off) the model machin。

    5: If yuor laptop has Thunderbolt port, you need to open the Thunderbolt Control Center software,you can see that Thunderbolt function is properly connected, and you need to select Always-Connect

    device connection

    5：If your laptop does not have this software,you can ignore this stepUse steps are as follows：

    Open the Control Panel

    1: Click on Device Manager

    2: Click on Display adapters

    3: At this point, you should see Microsoft Basic Display Adapter

    (the GPU model will be displayed correctly after installing the driver).

    When the above is complete proceed to the next step

  • 3：Install driver

      Do you support Apple Mac products?

      Is there any performance loss for the GPU?

      When using the USB4/Thunderbolt interface with an external monitor, there is a performance loss of approximately 15%. However, when using the Oculink interface, the performance loss is almost negligible.
